Dataride’s Internet presence is serviced by two redundant Internet connections, our primary connection is Gigabit+ speeds. We also believe that networks are not just about download speeds, but should also be available when you need to upload files to the cloud, or participate in on-line video meetings.
We offer high-speed, reliable, and customer focused Internet at a price that doesn’t change. We do not believe in long-term contracts that lock you the cutomer into only one option. A free market with competition allows the consumer to choose, and thus gives the power back to the user.
We want you to be happy with your Internet, and expect you to stay with as long as you are. We also do not play the games with pricing or do gimmicks to get you locked into a contract. You get Internet for your business that just works. We believe is better to have one rate, that allows people to budget and forecast exactly what they are paying for.
We do on-line autopay billing. Once you are setup with an account, you can setup Credit Card, or auto bank drafts payments.
We also fully support and open and free to use Internet, and net neutrality for all Internet traffic. We will never block, limit, or restrict your traffic based on the service level your are subscribing to.
We do not offer television or phone service, however- would highly recommend looking into phone service with VoIP.ms. Depending on your usage, it could be as little as $5/month for phone service.
BYOD – Bring your own device. We believe that you should be able to use whatever Router you want so you can get the level of service for your Internet that you need.
